Oak Grove Summer Vacation Bible School One great ministry / mission of our church has always been Summer Vacation Bible School, and everyone can be involved!
The 2010 Summer Vacation Bible School was July 18 through 23.
This Year's VBS is "High Seas Expedition (Exploring the Mighty Love of God)". We will be singing, learning about God in Sail Away Cinema, playing Ship Rec Games and enjoying snacks from the Gallery.
The Lessons are:
Day 1: God's Word is true.
Day 2: God's Word is comforting.
Day 3: God's Word is surprising.
Day 4: God's word is life-changing.
Day 5: God's Word is for everyone.
VBS is for ages 4 through 6th grade and we are looking for children to attend and adults to sign up to help with the program. Also, don't forget The Floating Finale on Friday, July 23, 2010 (time TBA), where you can see the children perform songs and learn what they did that week.
